Circuit Based Training (Mallory) Ltd is responsible for all motorcycle training. Circuit Based Training Ltd is soley responsible for all car driver training. All fees must be paid in full, 10 days before commencement of the course.

Bookings are secured with a non refundable deposit of £300. Balance of fees is payable no later than 10 working days ( Monday - Friday) before courses start date. Due to Covid 19, we recommend that all clients purchase a new motorcycle helmet, for their exclusive use. Where this is not possible, a motorcycle helmet will be provided

All clients must be in good health with eyesight up to the standard required by UK law. Clients should not be suffering from any illness / medical condition which makes it unsafe to participate and should be aware of and have read the "Highway Code". Under no circumstances should any client try to carry out fulll time work lasting more than 2 hours a day while on their motorcycle course. This includes nightshifts as sleep is essential to operate a motorcycle safely during daylight hours. Training will be stopped if we suspect a client is not fit to ride through fatigue, illness, alcohol or any other mitigating factor.

All clients must carry their driving lience with them at ALL times, especially on test day. DVSA rule is No licence = No Test

Training / test days may be exchanged due to adverse weather conditions (snow, ice, high winds etc).

Hourly lessons are charged at £60per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours. Extra /individual / additional days will be charged at daily rate of £390. Module 1 motorcycle tests are arranged for a fee of £65, module 2 motorcycle tests are arranged for a fee of £130. Car test fees are charged at £120.

All training may include passenger rides, demonstrations, classroom sessions, video or photgraphic analysis as well as practical tuition. Our cars and motorcycles are all manual gears only. We can provide automatic cars upon request. Clients must hold a full UK driving licence, including category A entitlement to ride a motorcycle before booking the course.

Clients must provide a check code obtained through the GOV.UK website by submitting their licence number, post code and national insurance number 5 days prior to their course starting date. No client is allowed to ride if they have more than 3 penalty points, are disqualified or have any pending driving offences or court appearances due.

​All clients are given a 14 day cooling off period from their date of booking to enable cancelling their course before attending and receiving a full refund of fees paid (less the non refundable deposit of £300) Cancellations Must be in writing stating FULL name, address and driving licence number. Any cancellations after the 14 day cooling off period result in total loss of fees paid. Clients would be allowed to defer their course for a maximum period of 12 months from their original booking/ course date.

Late bookings for courses starting within 10 days are subject to conditions below.

Any cancellations made within 10 clear working days of the course start date (but not including the course start date) result in total loss of fees. Where this applies, clients can re arrange their course for a maximum period of 12 months with no loss of fees.

Any cancellation once a client has attended the course, has read and signed the client declaration form, and started an engine, result in total loss of fees. Courses are booked for a specified time period only and are not transferable. Bookings are secured with a minimum deposit of £300 (non refundable)
