Circuit Based Training (Mallory) Ltd. Terms and conditions of trading. All fees must be paid in full, 5 working days before commencement of the course. Cancellation notice of 5 working days is required for a refund (less deposit/administration charge of £50) or rearrangement of course, with no loss of fee. Late cancellations after the 5 working day period result in total loss of fees. Courses are booked for a specified time period only and are not transferable. Bookings are secured on receipt of a deposit of £50 or full payment. Knee down courses must have a minimum of 6 clients attending at Donington and Silverstone to be able to run. Advanced cornering courses at Mallory, Donington and Silverstone must have a minimum of 5 clients to be able to run. A charge of 3% is added to all credit card transactions. No charges are added to payments made by cheque, Switch or Delta.  Training / test days may be exchanged due to adverse weather conditions (snow, ice, high winds etc).A "guaranteed pass"  scheme is available on all Direct access courses and must be requested when booking. The "guarantees pass"cannot be added once a course has started. Hourly lessons are charged at £40 per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours, this is charged in 30 minute blocks. Retest days will be charged at daily rate of £235 plus test fee (£110). All test fees are subject to a £10 administration charge. Rescheduled test days / individual training days will be charged at £235. All fees must be paid for in advance of any training.The payment of fees will be deemed to be acceptance of the conditions above.
